Semi-rotary Die-cutting Unit

This semi-rotary die-cutting unit die cuts self-adhesive labels. Due to its semi-rotary operation, the printer can die-cut multiple label formats without having to change the cylinder. Just by a simple change of the magnetic plate you can change the format and design of the labels to be die-cut.

The ROTATEK die-cutting unit includes a fine-tuning adjustment system by using a pressure adjustment control, giving the printer maximum precision in die-cutting.

In addition, the die-cutting unit comes with a Shape Perfect Precision system which can be adjusted to allow the matrix stripping of the more complex label shapes.
